Any order placed with the company Nice Airport Transfers implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions of sale.

1. Services

The prices indicated are inclusive of all taxes and include the vehicle, driver service, insurance for transported persons, fuel, and tolls. Night rates apply from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The amount of luggage transported remains proportional to the capacity of the vehicle. We are not responsible for objects left in the vehicle or elsewhere during the service.

The driver must comply with the highway code; under no circumstances may the client require the driver to exceed the speed limit or commit traffic violations.

Smoking, eating, or drinking in the vehicle is prohibited. No animals will be accepted except in a transport cage.

Any damage caused to our vehicles, inside or outside, or to other vehicles will be charged to the client.

Transfers: The rate applies to direct travel without stops (except for a short break for drinks or cigarettes) from the pick-up point to the destination, with the service ending immediately upon arrival.

Vehicle Availability & Sightseeing Tours: Road expenses (tolls, parking, driver meals, etc.) not initially included in the quote remain the responsibility of the client, as well as all entrance fees and site visits, wine tastings, personal expenses, and passenger meals.

Nice Airport Transfers reserves the right to use photographs taken during services for promotional purposes.

Booking and Payment Methods

For any booking request, we will send you a free quote, which must be returned to us signed for acceptance, by fax, email, or mail, before the validity date. A deposit of 30% will also be required at the time of booking. The balance of payment, as well as any supplements (unless otherwise agreed with Nice Airport Transfers), must be paid no later than the end of the service by card for companies and by check or cash for individuals.

In all cases, the person placing the order and signing remains solely responsible for its payment. You authorize Nice Airport Transfers to debit deposits and payments from the credit cards provided as a guarantee.

The quote commits Nice Airport Transfers to maintain the proposed price until the end of the validity date, but in no way guarantees the availability of the vehicle, which is only valid on the day the quote is issued.

Cancellations or Modifications

Any last-minute modifications or changes resulting in additional time, fuel, tolls, parking, etc. not initially planned remain the responsibility of the client; they may also be refused if they disrupt the daily organization of Nice Airport Transfers.

For airport transfers, one hour of waiting time is included in the price at no extra charge; likewise, the driver has a one-hour margin to pick up clients at the meeting point in relation to the scheduled pick-up time, with no compensation owed to the client.

Any cancellation by the client up to 48 hours before the start of the service will result in the loss of the deposit, whatever the reason. For cancellations less than 48 hours before the service, the full amount is due.

In case of no-show at the meeting point, the service is considered fully due and no refund will be granted.

For any cancellation on our part, we will refund the deposit, with no other compensation. In the event of breakdown or accident during the service resulting in the vehicle being unavailable, the amount of the service will be calculated pro rata to the time spent, with no further recourse or compensation for any resulting loss.

The times given may be subject to traffic or other unforeseeable events; in no case can Passeport Bourgogne be held responsible.

The client cannot claim any compensation in case of non-performance of the service by Nice Airport Transfers due to force majeure (accident, strikes, etc.).

Any complaint will only be accepted within 8 days after completion of the service. In case of dispute, only the Commercial Court of Nice shall have jurisdiction.
